You must choose a username that's not too simple and not already taken by another PCS customer.
If the name is already in use, you'll get the following error message:
We advise choosing a username with a mixture of letters and numbers. It's important to pick a username that you'll be able to remember whenever you log in to 'My account'.
My PCS secret code :
To ensure your PCS 'My Account' interface is fully secure, we'll ask you to choose a secret code.
Your secret code must:
- Be 6 digits long
- Not have the same number 3 times in a row
- Not be too obvious a sequence, Not be your date of birth
To help you with this, as you enter your password and you tick a box in terms of the criteria, we'll highlight this in green. If you've missed something, that point will stay red
We'll then ask you to retype your secret code to check that you have it right and that there are no typos. The two codes must be identical. Then, to log in to your 'My account' interface, you'll need to type in your secret code on the keypad.
