Using my card abroad
Use my card abroadOnce your ID has been validated, your card can be used abroad throughout the Mastercard network. Outside the Eurozone, currency exchange fees apply.

How do I dispute a transaction?
If you notice an anomaly in a transaction, contact Customer Service on 0 811 880 200.
We inform you that only fraudulent payments greater than €50 are likely to be the subject of a dispute request with a view to reimbursement.
Transactions carried out with the card and the secret code such as withdrawals and payments by TPE are not contestable.
